Training Planning: establish training plans in line with the training needs of dealerships from Group level;
Course Development: design and develop training courses in line with the feedback of dealerships from Group level, through collecting relevant training materials;
Training Delivery and Coaching: deliver training courses or conduct on-site coaching, collect feedback and improve the training program continuously.
Dealership Internal Trainer Support: provide guidance and support for the dealership internal trainers, ensuring the regular training planning and training quality; organize trainer seminar regularly.
Other ad-hoc projects required by Training Manager
3 years above sales-related or training experience in auto industry; work experience of luxury auto brand is preferred;
Professional knowledge of automobile product and sales;
Be able to develop training courses, efficient usage of PPT;
Basic level of written English;
Willing to work with business trips;
Proactive, good communication skills and fast-learning ability
